Ironclad Auto Service opened on Stone Road in 2009 with one bay and a simple rule: write the estimate before you touch the car. Fifteen years later, we run two full-service bays with four ASE-certified technicians and the same rule still holds. Our clients bring us their second vehicles too, and refer their neighbours, because they know the quote they see is the bill they pay. We stock parts for the vehicles we see most in Guelph and keep the wait to a minimum without cutting corners.

- Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
- Walk-ins are welcome for oil changes and tire rotations, but booking ahead guarantees your time slot. You can book online or call us the morning of.
- What does your warranty cover?
- Every repair is backed for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. If anything we fixed lets you down within that period, bring the vehicle back and we will make it right at no charge.
- Can I drop off my vehicle and pick it up later?
- Absolutely. We offer a free shuttle within Guelph for all-day repairs, and a loaner vehicle when one is available. Just let us know when you book.
- Do you service all makes and models?
- We work on most domestic and import vehicles, including Asian and European makes. Call ahead if you have an unusual or high-performance vehicle and we will confirm we can take it.
- How do I know you will not add work I did not ask for?
- We will not. Our policy is to write a full estimate before any repair begins and call you for approval on anything that comes up during the job. Nothing goes on your bill without your go-ahead.
